A great social and joint farewell party for, Lucia Carballo Hidalgo our RYE (Rotary Youth Exchange) student and 5130 Peace Ambassador of the Year.
This was a joint party between our club and the Santa Rosa East West Club)
DG Elect, Jeff Kolin presented Lucia with a District Flag.
